Pastor Ray McCauley
President and FounderPs Ray McCauley is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Rhema Bible Church North. He is also Founder and President of the International Federation of Christian Churches of SA, and the President of the Rhema Family Churches. He presently serves as Chairperson for the National Religious Leaders Council of South Africa. He held the first service at the home of his parents, Jimmy and Doreen, where 13 people attended; today the church has a 45 000 strong congregation. As a church statesman, he and other religious leaders facilitated peace initiatives that led to SA is peaceful transition. Pastor Ray continues to be an instrumental figure in the Political and Religious activities of the country.

Pastor Don Phillips
Executive ChairmanPastor Don Phillips together with Pastor Nomsa are Senior Pastors and leaders of RUCC Ministries, whose mandate is to serve, penetrate and impact local communities, raising people to be spiritually sound, morally upright and socially relevant, thus bringing transformation and a sense of purpose to their lives using the word of God as the blueprint. Pastor Don’s passion for evangelism has resulted in the rapid expansion of the church arm of the ministry (RUCC Christian churches) being multiplied across the Eastern and Western Cape and Gauteng provinces. RUCC Ministries now comprises of local churches, missions and evangelism, the school, campus ministry, youth, construction, conferencing, radio broadcasting, media as well as an NGO focusing on HIV/AIDS, community agriculture and the underprivileged. Pastor Don and Pastor Nomsa are blessed with a family of three children (two boys and one girl) daughter in-law and two grandchildren.

Pastor Larry Elliott
National AdministratorSENIOR PASTOR AND FOUNDER of Rhema South Coast Family Church and ADMINISTRATOR of Rhema Family Churches. Larry Elliott affectionately known as Ps. L was born and raised in Johannesburg South Africa. He felt the call of God to move and plant a church on the South Coast of Kwazulu Natal South Africa in the spring of 2005. With a heart of love Pastor Larry delivers a vibrant and sincere message to his listeners and aims to inspire people into a living relationship with Jesus Christ. He and his family are welcoming, accepting and love people to life and back. In the last year and a half Ps Larry has also been serving as the Administrator of Rhema of Family Churches.

Pastor Paul Heine
Board MemberPastor Paul Heine is currently the Senior Pastor of Rhema New Life Church in Mafikeng, North-West Province. He and his wife, Stephanie was married in 1971. They have been blessed with four children. Prior to answering the call to full-time ministry in 1996, they farmed sugar-cane, cattle and timber in the KZN Midlands, and also operated a printing company. Pastor Paul also serves on the Executive Board of Rhema Family Churches.
